Karen holds her designation in economic development (Ec.D) with the Economic Developers Association of Canada, as well as an Economic Development Certificate from the University of Waterloo. Karen received her Bachelor of Business Administration-Marketing from the University of New Brunswick. She is a Business Retention and Expansion Consultant with Business Retention & Expansion International and is a trained facilitator with Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC).

Frank’s abilities relate to networking, system administration and IT support. Frank’s background enables him to provide IT management services to clients while he draws on his project management experience to guide the internal and financial operations of the company. Frank is committed to managing Karen Jones Consulting Inc. projects and IT requirements while providing dedicated support services to clients.
Frank has a three-year Computer Programmer Analyst Diploma from Canadore College and held a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) designation.

Natasha Penn is a business development consultant with a focus in economic development. Natasha has experience providing professional business counselling, completing funding applications, developing business plans, completing market research, organizing various events and seminars as well as creating partnerships within the community.
Natasha has her Business Administration Diploma with Honours and Event Planning Certificate. She is currently working on her Certificate in Economic Development through the Economic Developers Association of Canada and University of Waterloo. Natasha also took part in the New Exporter to Borders States Program offered through the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Employment, which offered an in depth two-day course of exporting/ importing into the USA. Natasha is an active member within the community and is a and is a Board of Director for the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce as well as The Business Centre Nipissing Parry Sound.
